My A person complaint: The Tv won’t interface with our DISH Network furnished remote. It suggests now we have to utilize two, not the end on the earth, but frustrating. I talked/chatted with customer care for both equally Dish and Acer and neither ended up in a position to resolve. Seems they only have four and five digit remote codes, not the 3 digit Dish involves. This bothersome for the reason that Acer need to have a very 3 digit code. I was referred to their Paid for client assistance for additional guide. I’m not having to pay for anything that need to be incorporated. Dish has NO ACER codes. Just FYI.
